Application for the appointment of Distributors for Marketing of ITI Face Shields


Note:


  1. The distributorship is being invited for ITI manufactured Face Shields details of which are available on the website.


  2. The Product will be offered to the distributor at Rs. 49/- (All inclusive). The Discount for the distributor shall be fixed as per the slabs in Table A. MRP of the product is Rs. 75/- (All inclusive)

  3. The interested parties may upload the details online or apply offline after downloading the above application format. In case of offline, application is to be addressed to

  4. The payment of application fee Rs 5000 can be done by transferring the amount to the bank account given below in point no. 5 (ii) or enclosing a DD in favour of ITI Ltd Bangalore.


  5. The distributor may order required quantity of face shields by paying 100 % advance payment through any of the following three methods:


    1. Through DD in favour of ITI LIMITED, payable at Bangalore.
    2. By transferring the amount to following Bank Account:

    3. 30 days credit for slabs 5 &6 on Submission of a Bank guarantee of equivalent PO value valid for 60 days from a Nationalised / Scheduled Bank.
